REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
FASTESTIPTV allows customers to request reimbursement for products under reasonable conditions.
We may issue refunds under the following conditions:
Products not received: The products were not delivered to the customer within the expected delivery time. In this case, the customer can request a refund. Repeat payment: The customer made a repeat payment for an order. In this case, we can respect the customer’s wish to reimburse. We will refund one of the payments, or several payments (The premise is that the order is not delivered.). Sometimes we need your help to verify payment information. If you refuse it or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately. For account orders, if you do not complete verification within 2 days, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately. When your payment amount is less than the order amount, you will have the opportunity to make up the balance. If you refuse it or do not respond within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately.
In the following cases, We’re afraid we can’t refund customers:
Complete delivery: the products have been delivered to the customer as agreed and as described. Unpaid order: The customer is not allowed to request a refund for the unpaid order. For any reason other than the reasons listed above in “We may issue a refund under the following conditions”.
Regarding the refund, please contact our 24/7 online customer service under reasonable conditions. Your refund request will be verified after submitting the order number and refund reason. If the request is approved, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s account or credit card.
*Special case: If you pay by “paysafecard” or “boku”, you must provide a Paypal account or a Skrill account that can be used to obtain the refund.
The cardholder is entitled to a refund for 14 days after purchasing a service or product.
Refund processing time: We will process the refund request within 5 business days, but the exact refund time is determined by the processing speed of different banks.
